The product achieved 52dB ANC depth within a particular frequency range and 4kHz at a specific depth range, but not simultaneously. Tests were conducted separately. Actual results may vary with usage. Touching and holding either earbud only enables switching between the ANC and transparency modes by default. ANC and transparency mode settings available only on the Xiaomi Earbuds app.

*Battery life and fast charging test conditions: 38 hours data based on Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G (MIUI Global 14.0.23) and earbuds version V4.3.7.0. Earbuds' battery level was 100% with earbuds' volume adjusted to 50%, Bluetooth encoding mode was AAC, transparency mode and dual-device connection were turned off. Test content: Fully discharge the Redmi Buds 5 Pro battery while playing audio until either earbud stops playing. Ensure that the charging port is free of liquid and foreign objects before charging. Earbud charging and battery life data is derived from internal tests carried out by the manufacturer. Actual results may vary depending on firmware updates, usage conditions, charging level and environmental factors.

*IP54 dust and water-resistant test. The product passed IED60529-2013 Enclosure Protection Rating (IP Code) testing conducted by Shenzhen Morlab Communications Technology Co., Ltd. The IP54 test report no. is SZ23110335H01. Test results showed that the product is in compliance with the IED60529-2013 standard. IP54 rating applies to the earbuds themselves, not the earbud charging case. Please do not use your earbuds around hot water, your earbuds cannot be used when bathing or showering. Please try to avoid using your earbuds during strenuous exercise as sweat during exercise may cause damage to the device. This product is splash-proof, water-resistant, and dust-resistant at the time of purchase, however, these properties are not permanent and may diminish over time with everyday wear and tear. Your warranty does not cover damage caused to your device by immersion in liquid.
